I'm starting to feel quite tired and fatigued. The dull weather is not helping at all. I'm still controlling my eating and putting in walks where I can. But my low energy levels are getting unbearable. Hopefully the GP would have something to do about that...

Week 1: Good start to month but afraid it won't last. Currently on travel visiting friends and doing all those things you do when out having fun. Nonetheless, cutting back on a few things hoping that will keep the weight in check. Good practice for those future maintenance days I guess.
