    Can't find my usual before picture, and I still haven't got where I want, but STILL working at it best I can. It is a simple balance that is hard to do sometimes. We should always celebrate the good we do though.

    At my highest weight of 220lbs

    And a progress picture from a few months ago at 165. I'm currently 159 and still in progress. I've been "off" for the last few weeks and hoping to inspire myself to get started again!

    You look amazing!!! I'm kind of on the same path as you with weight goals. Started at 156 and now am 145 (stuck here a while) and my goal is 130. I hope I look as good as you when I reach it!

    In April I started to look after myself, eat well and general take care in my apperience. I was 20 stone, as of this week I am now 12st 7lb and I've lost an average of 7lb per month and I'm still going.

    Down 89 lbs. SW 224 lbs, met my goal of 135 lbs over Christmas holidays. Still some weight to lose to look the way I want, but i'm focusing now on fitness goals, especially around lifting.
