No, the only way to get rid of it is through eating less calories than your body uses.0

Calorie deficit.. i generally suggest a small deficit 1/2 to 1 lb per week, .6 to .8g of protein per lb of weight (roughly m8 to 1g per lb of lbm), a good lifting routine and most importantly patience. Below is helpful too.

Alll this. I'm so glad when I started I set my diary to lose .5 pounds a week. I don't think I would have stuck to it if I started doing anything less.0 -
It takes time. How old is your baby? Mine is 6 montys and despite working out during pregnancy and after I just now an getting my muscles back in that area and getting a flatter belly0

Baby's 8 months but it's my forth so it's taking a lot to shift
I also have diastasis recti so I've been doing my exercises for that so my actual stomach muscles are quite strong acording to my physio0 -
Until your DR closes to 1-2 cm or less, your tummy will look big.0

I don't understand which of those things you can't do due to breastfeeding. Is it finding time to exercise that's the problem?0 -

What is it you cannot do? There is nothing wrong with eating at a deficit while breastfeeding. Just do not starve yourself.0 -
