100 lbs in 8 months, 315 down to 215! I now wear sizes with no X in them! I feel tons better and even feel irritated when I can't get to the gym! Thanks MFP and everyone for their support!

I did it!!! 30.5lbs, 5 inches from the waist, 6.5 inches from the hips, and dropped from a size 12 to a size 8. And not mention I feel amazing!!

I am going to start working on muscle tone, I think mostly it has been pure fat. Although I have done a lot of walking and started moving up to running/walking which I think has put some muscle tone on the legs. Plus it is what we in Nebraska call woodin season, so when the hubby is cutting I am the one loading the flat bed trailer which will hopefully help with the upper body.1 -

Wow!! Everyone look amazing!! Here is my pics!! I am a sloooow loser, so it took me a long time to reach my goal. But that's okay.....it's a lifestyle for me! I started at about 220 lb in 2011 and currently about 146lb (depending on the day, it can fluctuate due to weight lifting). Keep up the awesome job, everyone.

That is inspiring! This is my first day. I'm 5' 4" 210lbs and a size 16-18. I want to get down to about 130. I am so ready to do this! They are recommending a little over 1500 calories a day but I want to lose faster. What did you keep your calories at? So nice to be able to get support through this.1

Mine are set to 1200. I do go over some days but I have a FitBit that syncs my excercise calories. I always try to have atleast 300-500 calories left over per day.0

The original picture taken in 2011. I've made a commitment in Feb 2015 to lose 50 pounds. After many attempts of failure. I love this app. My goal was achieved beyond the 50 pounds.0
