Lunch time!
A can of tuna (water packed, drained, seasoned with vinegar and salt and pepper) a hard boiled egg and 20 special K cracker chips.

Went to a Cajun Restaurant the other day, got some delicious Jambalaya! Also shared an order of sweet potato fries, best ones in town!
Feel pretty crappy lately, so made a huge pot of "Dutch" soup! Grew up with it, it's basically a package mix of tomaten groentesoep (tomato vegetable soup), then usually you mix in veggies and meatballs! I did veggies and turkey! SO good!
Also had a nice veggie salad on the side!
Dinner last night was oven baked salmon with dill, basmati rice and asparagus!

All of mine are low carb.
Sautéed shrimp on a bed of spinach with avocado / grilled duck on a bed of shirataki noodles and sautéed cabbage / bun less burgers with mushrooms another with fried egg / scrambled egg and cheese on bed of spinach / grilled fish and veggies

Here's 2 week's dinners (not including those weekend nights I ate out):

Baked flounder with a creole-inspired tomato sauce with brown rice and mixed vegetable with pasta shells.
Baked salmon and a mixed vegetable with pasta shells.
Spaghetti squash, baked salmon, and a mixed vegetable with potatoes.
Chicken and spaghetti squash "lo-mein".
Spaghetti squash with a chicken cacciatore-ish sauce.
Spaghetti squash with boneless chicken and tomato sauce w/parmesan.
Chicken and stuffing with brussells sprouts in a butter sauce with cranberry sauce.
Grilled chicken and butternut squash with margarine and brown sugar.
"Healthy" lasagna. My own recipe, very low calorie for lasagna.
Buckwheat soba with spaghetti sauce, spinach, and low fat cottage cheese.
Broiled flounder, roasted butternut squash, mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing.
Chicken and mixed greens salad with greek dressing.
I start every day with a bowl of oat bran (1/6 cup dry, made with water) with ground flax (1 heaping tablespoon) and maple syrup (1 tablespoon) and a cup of coffee with sugar and creamer, then sometimes have a light lunch of a vegetable with a little sauce (I really like those Green Giant Steamers veggies - I eat the entire package) or a greek yogurt or fruit, then one of these typically 350-550 calorie dinners, and then always a greek yogurt with granola before bed. That's my typical daily diet (950-1300 calories a day, not including what I eat at night after I take my sedative and don't remember eating at all - my primary problem). I do eat out sometimes, and those are not great days, but I'm not about making myself miserable all the time. I'm currently at 126lbs at 5'2", and right on the upper end of "normal" BMI. Ideally I'd like to get down to 120 to prove to myself that I can, and then level out staying under 125lbs for the rest of my life (even when I add that daily cocoa with rum all winter, which is why I need to get down to 120lbs before winter!).0 -

Ate out mostly today (durian crepes, lamb shanks & yorkshire pudding) but came home to make a macerated strawberries, red onion and chrysanthemum leaves salad with roast duck.

Breakfast was a fruit scone with cardamon tea and dinner was cardamon ginger rice with vegetable curry, roast duck with petai, red onions and hot chilli scallop sauce and a chicken herbal soup.

Indian food is always good. So much flavour from spices! Chicken and fish tikka, seekh mutton kebab and chicken malai tikka. Not in picture: unleavened bread, chicken biryani, raita (natural yogurt with cucumber and mint) and spinach paneer.
