Last night I bought a 6-pack of Guinness Nitro IPA

...and it is spectacular. The main reason I don't normally go for IPAs is because it seems to be a competition to see who can make the most hoppy beer on the market. Guinness's take on the IPA is smooth, with just the right amount of hoppy flavor, and goes down great. The fact that they used their awesome in-can nitro delivery system makes it even better, and gives me a reason to use my Guinness glasses. I'll be drinking a lot more of this stuff in the future.

This just blew my mind ! Guinness being my favourite beer I feel embarrassed I haven't even heard of this. Then I did some Goggling and it's not at all available in Canada .. yet any ways, that I can find.

They're doing a thing now where they come out with one "Brewer's Project" beer per year. Last year was this:

And that one's pretty good too. I didn't know about the IPA until I was at Total Wine last night though.

I love Kilkenny but prefer wine. I just cooked up a weeks worth of food because I don't have time to cook during the week if I want to workout and I refuse to eat boxed food. Now I am sitting on the couch with my dog on top of me.

I really need to get in that habit of a weekly cooking session! So beneficial!

My brother just made French toast with pumpkin spice bread and it smells phenomenal! Emphasis on nom!

I have today off, and need to be on a low residue diet for a medical procedure Wednesday. I have some fresh green beans, a pomegranate, and a pink grapefruit just staring at me, begging me too eat them. Wednesday night my dears....

What's a low residue diet? Like low fibre?

What a great thread! Because no, I honestly don't want to make out with most people. and the only ______ I want to do is maybe "drink coffee with".. lame I know… lol

I'm 28, just finished my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy… going through internship stuff now. I live in Santa Barbara, I eat like a bunny and LOVE good beer and any wine. Love music, animals, the beach, camping/hiking, just went hang gliding, motorcycles (although I stay on the back), etc… Super friendly, I love meeting new people, but don't push it ;)

First of, congrats on completing your Master's in MFT.

I didn't realize that MyFitnessPal was also a dating site.

No seriously, if you live in Santa Barbara and you love camping, I gotta ask you something maybe you might know the answer to. WTF did they do to Lake Cachuma? Why are they building these concrete "piers" and ruining it for people?

I haven't been there yet! I actually just moved here from San Diego. That sucks if they're messing with a perfectly good lake though…. Nope, not a dating site, simply a thread for real info and insight.

Why so abrasive? How does it make you feel?

Here I go again apologizing for my poor choice of words and phrasing. I'm sorry, but I wasn't trying to be abrasive. Things get so easily misconstrued on message boards, you know that.

And as far as my feelings are concerned, how do you think I feel that you're going all out blitzing on me like Sean Maguire on Will Hunting right now! Slow your roll, Salome.
