Arnold Press. Not that weird, but no one does it in our gym.

I love side split squats. I have never seen anyone do them in person and whenever I do them people stop and look at me like I'm a weirdo. lol.

I suppose "weird" or "unusual" is a matter of perception, but I've never seen anyone at my gym doing most of the lifts that I do. Probably my 'favorite' is: Arm Dips followed by One Arm T's

Just looked up what those are, that sounds brutal.

I don't know if brutal, but awesome - being able to break down the deadlift into phases of the lift. I don't have them currently programed, but will probably bring them back next cycle. The Rack Pull to Clean Shrug I really like a lot because its an athletic exercise (which you can overload on) with lots of crossover to the deadlift and other lifts and who doesn't want large trap muscles?

Always looking for new DL variations to add as an auxiliary. The RPtCS sounds interesting too. I want to add some more athletic lifts because well, I'm not athletic or overly mobile, but I always hold because of those facts. lol
