I just started working out 3 weeks ago and I must say that I am doing pretty good I l lost about 15 pounds and its making a difference already... im just beginning and im ready to continue to see great progress like you guys!0 -
215 to 150 in about seven months. I've actually been teetering between 150-155 for about half a year now. I thought I'd take a good look at where I started to remind myself that change is possible. Of course, this thread is overwhelming proof of that!0 -

Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!

Can't find my usual before picture, and I still haven't got where I want, but STILL working at it best I can. It is a simple balance that is hard to do sometimes. We should always celebrate the good we do though.

In April I started to look after myself, eat well and general take care in my apperience. I was 20 stone, as of this week I am now 12st 7lb and I've lost an average of 7lb per month and I'm still going.0
