Ok, I just responded on the past sandwich post... tuna, light mayo, egg, good 100% Whole Wheat bread, glass of milk (um, not in the sandwich) preferably on a plate:bigsmile:

First of all let me just say that I had no idea that there were so many options when it comes to the classic tuna sammie! (Max you're a genius for coming up with this topic!
) I'm impressed, and a little embarrassed to say that I usually am pretty boring with my tuna concoction -- drained tuna, a little light mayo, relish, onion, salt and pepper, served on whole wheat bread and voila! Sometimes I'll mix it up and add a slice of FF cheese, but I'm usually pretty lame-o when it comes to this one.
However, after reading all of these tasty options (I especially like the thought of adding apples and grapes to it! Yumm-o!) I'm going to start thinking outside the box a little more often...!
Hm, Julie I've actually been reading through and have to agree who knew this simple sandwich would have so many variations :bigsmile: I'm am now too thinking a bit outside the tuna can! I can see some chopped grapes or apples..hm... probably should be writing this recipe down!

and put it on the George Forman Grill for a minute or two.

tonys is cajun seasoning, its perfect for everything, if you come next door to these parts get some!I use eggs,mayo,onions,touch of mustard,sweet pickle relish,and tonys chachere's! On the freshest bread
Never had it with mustard but I like it with sweet pickles, too. What is Tony's chachere?
I honestly put tony's on EVERYTHING.

Mine is pretty dull....
Grainy/Seedy whole grain bread
Tuna
Little Miracle Whip (enough to hold it together a bit...but not too squishy)
Finely chopped celery
Occasssionally I add a slice of cheese and pickles (but it's rare).0 -
1 can tuna in water
2 tablespoon light fat free mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp relish (sweet or dill, depending on preference)
1 tablespoon finely diced celery
1 chopped green onion
i pile it on fresh, soft wheat bread... or when I need a change I toast the bread in the toaster, add a thin slice of lowfat cheese and make a melt out of it by zapping it in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds. Less greasy then frying it up.0
