Have used MFP for 18 months. Not quite a vegetarian, but moving in that direction. Open diary.
Have lost over 50 pounds in past few years. Some weight lost before and some weight lost after joining MFP.
In a fitness rut the past several weeks, and I put a few pounds back on. The struggle is real.
I went to the gym tonight, had salad for dinner and I’m working on getting my MOJO back.
Friends really do help with this journey.
