    Haha Awe!! Lol no I actually just eat whatever I want, about 3500 calories a day.... It's just when I workout, I kill it...3 hrs of workouts, morning, afternoon, evening a day... Arms ( chest and back) only one day, legs only the next, abs the next.. And repeat!

    And about the body fat, I never really worked on it that much, I kinda just ran a couple of nights and I lost like 5% between the two years then this last year I started HIIT instead of cardio and that's when I lost the huge amount of 12% to get where I am now... Cardio makes you lose weight but also takes away muscle to use as energy, but HIIT takes cardio and muscle building together!

    Yeah.. I've always wanted to get into sprinting or some sort of HIIT.. but in all honestly.. I hate it unless im playing sports.
    I just go to the gym, lift heavy and go home. Me hate cardio :(
