Successes/struggles this week: I've been battling water retention this week and my weight has been yo-yoing a lot. It is a bit too early for TOM, so I'm not sure what is up. I am pleased to be able to record a new low, though (even though I think it actually should be a bit lower). My lowcarb-lacto-paleo WOE continues to go very well, I've had numerous NSVs, and providing I don't get lazy (I'm not a fan of cooking), I've found a nutrition and eating plan that will no doubt serve me well for life.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I feel pretty frustrated with the lack of weight I'm losing. I worked out everyday this week, and stayed within my calorie restriction all but one day, but nada. So frustrating.

Successes/struggles this week: Success - I passed my first mini goal! That feels awesome. Struggle - I actually passed my goal on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I ended up going up almost 2 pounds Thursday-Saturday. When I weighed in this morning, I was finally back to where I was on Wednesday. I drank a lot of wine over the holiday. The calories and bloating just aren't worth it. Plus I felt like crap the next day. I like me some wine, but I think I'm on the wagon until after I achieve my weight loss goals.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: This week was a hard one! I had gained some weight back and then thanksgiving happened! I was quite careful on Thanksgiving though but I did gain some because of all that delicious food/desserts, didn't even bother logging anything in on that day, just wasn't gonna be worth it. So I worked my butt off to lose it all plus a little extra! I'm happy with it! Not sure if I'll reach my new goal or not by next week but if I don't that's perfectly fine because I met my original goal! Which is what really mattered! So yay!0 -

Successes/struggles this week:
Week 1: Good start to month but afraid it won't last. Currently on travel visiting friends and doing all those things you do when out having fun. Nonetheless, cutting back on a few things hoping that will keep the weight in check. Good practice for those future maintenance days I guess.
Week 2: Darn good this week considering more travel to see friends then on the return family get togethers as well. Had to make up for the extra food and wine/beer intake with additional walking plus a cut back in calorie intake on days between events. Hope to break the 180 lbs barrier before the end November. We'll see with Thanksgiving in the mix.
Week 3: Still moving down with a 3.5lbs loss. Glad to see that and also break that 180lbs barrier. Increased my exercise a little bit to compensate for last weeks extravagance and that probably helped. All bets off on Thanksgiving but will make up for it down.
Week 4: Hit my goal for this month so that is good. .5 gain not bad considering holiday eating etc.

The beginning of the week I was constantly hungry and unsatified. But over the weekend I lost my appetite. Didn't do much exercise wise, but glad that I reached goal.
Purchased an activity tracker to help me out for the rest of the way and then (HOPEFULLY) through maintenance.

It was tricky this week. I am doing the Christmas weight loss challenge where you try and lose 10 to 15lb by Christmas. I am finding this a huge motivator and I've lost 8.8lb already. It is getting harder as the events are stacking up. Any weight loss is good this time of year and if you put on a few pounds it's not the end of the world.
