    Struggles/ victories for the week: Forgot to update last week. Struggles were my eating habits and sweet tooth which shows because I haven't lost anything. Victories Made 10k steps everyday for the week and won a Workweek Hustle challenge (fitbit). Currently cleaning up the eating, going back to what has been working which is having self control.

    Struggles/victories for the week: My second week visiting new grand baby. Still lots of sweets being brought in by visitors. But my long walks daily in hilly neighborhood are working! I'm breaking even. (That's better than a gain.) I've got my Thanksgiving limits planned and will hopefully show a loss at the end of the month.
    PS This Thanksgiving I am thankful for this thread.

    struggles/ victories for the week: Very upset about this gain as I ate between 4933 and 5178kj (met my Macro percentages) daily this last week; plus exercised 5 out of 7 days (burning around 900kj each time). I should be loosing at least 1kg a week based on food and exercise. I am going to visit my doctor to try and sort out what is wrong.

    struggles/ victories for the week Struggle was Thanksgiving. I basically ate what I wanted and how much I wanted. And the next struggle was today the day after the Thanksgiving. The leftovers were too strong a temptation for me. I'm having my daughter come tomorrow and take this food away to her house. Victory was this beginner exercise program I started a week ago. Its going good and really revved up my weight loss! I couldn't believe it! It was hard but not so hard I couldn't do it.

    Struggles/victories for the week: Thanksgiving was a success. I allowed myself to have a little scoop/piece of everything I wanted so I was still full and satisfied. Unfortunately I was sick all day yesterday, so wasted my entire day on the couch. I think my biggest struggle overall is getting the motivation to workout after work on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I don't get off until 6 PM and at that point I have to make supper, help my son with his homework, and then it's almost time for bed. Guess I need to try and get up earlier so I can workout in the morning. Hope everyone else is doing well and reaching their goals!

    Struggles/ victories for the week: did not log for thanksgiving because I ate constantly. I cooked the meal and just couldn't control myself around the starches. Didn't log the next day, because I felt bad about myself and continued to eat the leftovers. However, my biggest victory is I'm heavy lifting twice a week and love it. I'll get back on track with tracking food today.

    struggles/ victories for the week: My doctor increased my food intake to 5439kj or 1300cal a day to help my metabolism so I will hopefully start loosing again in the next week or 2. Exercise went well this week - increased both the amounts of rowing and walking distance and incline.

    Did not lose as much as I was aiming for but 2.8kg over the month is still good :)

    Struggles/ victories for the week: My biggest struggle is limiting my wine at night. I love it and it helps me relax. For next month, I plan to drink 1 glass, and replace my normal second glass of wine with sparkling water. What I've changed this month, is I'm heavy lifting 2x a week, and taking long hikes with my dog 2-3x a week. I feel so much better, and I can see a difference in my body. I'm not sure that I've really lost weight, because I bounce up and down 4 lbs, but I feel proud about getting stronger and fit.

    Loss/gain for the month so far:12 pounds! I absolutely cannot believe I lost twelve pounds for the month of November. I just cant believe it. No gimmicks, no pills, just diet and exercise. Amazing! I have never been able to lose weight like this before joining myfitnesspal
