    Successes/struggles this week: First week back on the diet after months of eating freely. I started a diet on December 1st of last year and lost thirty pounds but gained ten back. I'm determined to meet my goal of forty pounds lost. Halfway there!

    Successes/struggles this week: I pulled out very early in the November challenge after doing quite well in the October one... because I broke my leg! I definitely had a setback and didn't do much for a few weeks (and couldn't!) I'm done feeling mopey for myself and even though I can't really exercise, as I'm still in a moonboot for a few more weeks, I can still control my weight by what I put in my mouth. So here's to a much better month and to not let my injury (or a negative mindset) stop me!

    Are you doing some kind of sport this month to help in your weightloss? I'm following T25 and thinking about cizing it up to CIZE in the evening. I really want to start 2016 with a normal BMI, i've been working on it since the 3rd of November and i'm really close, only a few more pounds to lose.

    My weight has been a complete yo-yo this past year. I lost 30 pounds (down to 118), then gained them all back. I'm considered obese, but ALL my weight is in my stomach. I just had some new clothes delivered mail order and XL doesn't fit over my belly even though I am not even five feet tall! My downfalls are ice cream, cookies, and Jamba Juice Bowls (960 calories in one of those puppies).
    I am still recovering from a month with bronchitis , so I haven't been exercising at all! I love Zumba but my workout clothes don't even fit! Excuses, excuses!
    Thank you in advance for advice, motivation, etc. I would love to have an accountability pal!
