Successes/struggles this week: I pulled out very early in the November challenge after doing quite well in the October one... because I broke my leg! I definitely had a setback and didn't do much for a few weeks (and couldn't!) I'm done feeling mopey for myself and even though I can't really exercise, as I'm still in a moonboot for a few more weeks, I can still control my weight by what I put in my mouth. So here's to a much better month and to not let my injury (or a negative mindset) stop me!0 -

Are you doing some kind of sport this month to help in your weightloss? I'm following T25 and thinking about cizing it up to CIZE in the evening. I really want to start 2016 with a normal BMI, i've been working on it since the 3rd of November and i'm really close, only a few more pounds to lose.
