I have lost like 30 something pounds... I'm kinda proud of myself. My goal weigh is 155, but I keep teetering around 160 ish. I'm doing similar things to lose this 5 as I did the 30. Do I need to change something up? Maybe I'm gaining muscle.. Ugh.. Idk.. I just want to reach my goal..

I don't know what your body is like, but you might want to have a chat with a nutritionist and your physician about your current health and fitness. Weight goals themselves are often rather arbitrary.

It may be time to focus on fitness and strength rather than pure weight loss of you are within 5 lbs of your goal. Some people experience more success with adjustments to their micronutrients, especially with a focus on protein. Others find changing their workouts helps. Some people realize their original weight goal wasn't right for them.

30 lbs is awesome. You should be proud!

I second tomteboda: Don't focus on losing those 5lbs. Focus on fitness. Then, your 5lbs will be gone without you even noticing. Pay attention to your small "harmless" habits or areas where you can tweak your diet or exercise just a little (ex: switch to whole wheat products, adding a few 20 min yoga practices per week, etc). Everyone has a certain weight their body tends to "stick" to. If you're hovering around 160 but still working out, keep it up.

Eating whole wheat products will not aid in weight loss.

The last 5 pounds are tough. You need to be extremely accurate in your logging. The food scale will be your very good friend.

You found your maintenance level, and lost 30 something lbs. Good job. Sounds like you may need to reduce the calories a little if you want to lose more, or just be real patient. I was in maintenance for a year and then dropped five lbs with a few months of dedication and a new fitness routine.
As mentioned, weight is arbitrary, you ultimately need to decide how hard you want to work for those last five. They do tend to be pretty stubborn

How tall are you and how much difference will 5lbs make?

My weight fluctuates by 5lbs across the week and month, 5lbs to most people is a water weight fluctuation

What's your scale weight range target...nobody has an absolute weight ...are you in your target zone?
