From 200 to 180lbs, a noticeable difference, still need to lose lower back stomached fat but that should happen eventually, 7 weeks in0 -

Nice man. If you're been at it long, consider some refeeds or a few weeks of reverse dieting to kick start the fat burning process again incase you plateau. Great progress!0

Yeah I've been having a cheat meal/partial day every Sunday, where I have lots of carbs and just a day off all my prepped meals and still in losing 2lbs a week.0 -

I think they're just pointing out that at some point the scale isnt going to be helpful to you in tracking your progression.0 -
