I am 5ft 4 and 133 lbs. I dont want to loose much more. I dont really want to drop below 60kgs. I know it would not be sustainable. Have to get this into my head!! Ha!!0

Ok after saying I dont want to drop under 60 kilos thats exactly what I did today! I am now 59.9 and BMI = 22.5.
I am very pleased with myself even though I was happy at 62 kilos a few weeks ago. Seeing the numbers drop on the scale is kinda addictive. Anyway Christmas is coming and the goose will be getting fat.....for a while anyway!0 -

I'm actually at my original goal weight, and according to a free fitness assessment test that my university conducts at its gym, I'm at a fitness level that's just below athlete. I'm REALLY happy about this, but I like being small with the stats to support it, so I feel like 110lbs (a solid BMI of 20) would be my ideal weight. I should be there by summer 2016, if not by March 2016. I've already made plans to start reverse dieting and start a resistance training routine. I can't wait to enter the world of maintenance. From the discussions I see here on MFP, it seems like so much fun!^_^0 -

Currently: 212 lbs

Starting weight June 2014: 235 lbs
Original goal weight: 145 lbs
Current Weight: 145.2 lbs
Revised goal weight: 135-140 lbs (higher end of BMI because I have a "large frame")
I've been consistently losing 1 lb+ per week and changed yesterday to 0.5 lbs per week. We'll see. Currently trying to up my running game and I need to be losing at a slower rate for gains.

5'4 Female
Starting weight Summer 2011 (this was my heaviest): 235 lbs
Starting weight January 2015 (when I decided to actively try to lose it): 215
Original goal weight: 150 lbs
Current weight: 127 - 129 lbs
Goal: Maintain + - 5 lbs, recomp.
My original goal weight was 115 - 120 but apparently my sis had such low body fat % at that weight that her periods stopped. So I don't want to go that low anymore.0 -

I am 5'3, my current weight is 116 my goal weight is 105-110 but I think I look great now, the last 11 lbs are just vanity lbs!0
