Outside of weightlifting, basketball, hiking/running on trails, and I'm just getting back into judo after years away from it.0

Triathlon
I'm more of a bodybuilder that does triathlons
I have no desire to be as thin as the best time people are. I like to have thickness and be a little slower.
It is about enjoying the event. Fitness is a lifestyle not a race result for me.

Competitive ballroom dancing and strength/weight training. I compete in 11 dance styles and spend 3-4 hours practicing in the dance studio 6 days week.

Snowboarding, trampolining, surfing and yoga. I also do a lot of at home circuits.0

Beach volleyball, and indoor volleyball. I recomend practically everyone to do beach volleyball, because it's great excercise and you loose weight quickly if you do it at lease 3 times a week for 3- 4 hours each. (Only if you work your butt off every time!)0

Summer is walking outside, swimming, cycling on trails and gardening. Trying to work on running outside.
Winter is walking outside as long as possible, x-country skiing, snowshoeing and using treadmill/elliptical/stationary bike weather dependant.0 -

Powerlifting. The lifts in order by my favorite are: squat, deadlift, then bench press.0

Cycling - serious osteo arthritis in knee precludes running - spinning and HIIT circuits in winter.0

Stopped playing organized sports as I got older, a little too tough on the joints.

Summer: Jogging, golf, walking, cycling
Winter: Lots of weight training, switch to cardio machines
