This week I am weighing in at 189. It's a Monday and I am still at 189. Big thing for me!!! WAHOOOO!!! I have hit 189 during the middle of my week for the last couple weeks but it's Monday and I am still at 189!!! :bigsmile:

Workout 4-5/week and 45-60min/workout
Eat cleaner (more salads)
Watch the Sodium (as usual...)

thanks Melif! i am really motivated thanks to you guys...i feel that i will break my funk of 160 by july 4th somehow someway..maybe not 10 pounds but im aiming for it!! if its 8 ill will still win right, lol!!0 -
I only lost .5 this week. I blame TOM. But oh well at least I lost something.

Whats your workout schedule? i know as mommies you guys are as busy as me..its starting to get annoying that i cant schedule my workouts!!! i work 8-5...husband leaves the house at 530 am. i have 2 babies so i have to be home with them if he isnt. that cancels morning workouts. let me clarify that my issue is fitting in cardio. i am not concerned with strength training. i plan on starting back on ripped in 30 for that aspect at home. my plan is to wake up at 5 am and bust that out, but its not enough for me. i feel that i need cardio!! but when and where? i cant afford and i dont have room for a treadmill at the house. i hate the idea of going to gym after work because it takes away from my time with kids..i put them to bed at 830/9. i think that i am going to aim for 3 days of cardio tues-thurs from 8-9 at the gym in my community..this way i still have kid time. what do u guys think. jillian 5 days a week for 6 weeks and 3 days of cardio; is this enough? how much cardio should we have? so many questions!!0

how about u take the kids for a walk when you get home from work or the park and get the cardio in that way!!!! I know I fit mine in at least on the weekends and spend that time with my little one at the park or for a walk and it helps.....try and find a way to incorporate that!!!!0
