So first week and I didn't lose. That's okay because I didn't gain either. Would love to have lost that 1.5 lbs but this is a process and I am not going to get upset about not losing. Heres to week 2!0 -

My biggest challenge yet is to find the motivation and stick to it. Discipline and sticking to a daily routine has always been difficult for me. I mean to change this. Good luck to all!

My scale might have been a little wonky during the first weigh in. I re calibrated it to make sure it was reading the right weigh. I checked my weight about half way through and I was on 206.4. So I might have weighed around 207-208 instead of 210. I even stepped on the scale like three times because I could not believe the weigh loss. Still, I kicked butt this past week! I watched my calorie count, I made an exercise routine, which I am now starting week 2. I am adding some more minutes onto my walk/run, and continuing with the weight training! I wrote a blog about my exercise journey and what exercises I am doing. I have not been down to near 200 in over three months! This is so exciting and I cannot wait for next week!0 -

Week one check in. Nothing major to report. I did work out a couple days which is an improvement. And I logged my food/exercise for more days, even through a couple weren't very pretty. I didn't want to be a downer for my hubby who was celebrating a birthday so I joined in a bit. And got some exercise, but not enough sadly.
