    Successes/struggles this week: Surprised to lose 1.25" off my waist measurement in a week. I'm not sure of the margin of error but I'll take it. No real struggles at this point.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had lost more earlier this week then TOM came yesterday and I keep gaining all of it back. I am hoping that I am retaining water. Struggle is not on knowing what my issue is trying to stay on track with this set back. Success, I lost something, I excerised 3xs this past week and I am still going to try this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Crazy loss, I know!! I'm beginning to wonder if the scale was lying to me, but I weighed myself several times to make sure. I'm happy that I'm losing and also nervous that the loss is too fast for such a short period of time and that it will just jump right back up. Hopefully I continue to lose at a healthy rate.

    When I first started using the app it was a struggle to hold myself accountable and not over eat, but now I love the challenge. I've started to list what I'm going to eat before I eat it, that way I know whether or not I can have all of the food or just a portion to stick to my calories. I've also downloaded a pedometer app to help me reach a goal of 10,000 steps per day.

    Successes/struggles this week: Went to my first holiday party this week. Had cake, but tried to make other healthy eating choices. It's not my goal of 1.5lbs but I didn't even expect to lose anything at all this week, so I am pretty happy.

    Successes/struggles this week: One of my goals this month is to increase my workout sessions but since I've increased my weights, it's harder than I anticipated. I also had a little candy binge this week, but I'm also exercising every day, even if it's only 20 minutes & I'm increasing my general activity daily (getting in more steps each day).

    Successes this week: Finally! The scale has been going up and down since November 11th... Success has been sticking to the program and not giving up when the scale wasn't moving. Looking at the NSV's! I haven't lost any weight but I went down a pants size. :)

    Struggles this week: Although, I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I don't see it when I look in the mirror. I took a profile picture of myself to post here. It wasn't worthy enough.....I'm my worst critic. I need to change this!

    The holiday season starts this weekend for me! I have to find a balance of enjoying life and taking care of myself. One day at a time! I'll try my best!

    Great job Carrie!!!!! I know it's hard to see photos of ourselves; I saw one of me clothed last weekend and was criticizing everything in the photo. Just keep up what you're doing..losing 2.4 is awesome!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I was really dedicated to logging everything I ate and stayed within maintenance #'s on NROLW.

    My struggle has started this week with starting the workouts. I am SUPER sore today, but also fell and twisted my ankle on the very first workout of the program. Le sigh. I feel beat up today but I'm going to soak tonight, stretch and get back at it tomorrow for the 2nd workout! I am worried that I'll gain weight with lifting and that I won't ride it out and be patient enough for it to finally show what I'm working for.....but I'll be patient...at least I'll try. :)

I did pretty good with calories the first few days last week and then I had 2 holiday parties and things went downhill. Went to the gym twice last week and planning to at least double that this week.     Successes/struggles this week: I pushed myself outside of my training sessions with my trainer to do at least 30 minutes of cardio(total of 6 days of physical activity. A bit psycho but B-day is 20 days away!). I think it worked out well. I stuck to my meal times and supplements, even on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend is usually my downfall to a good week, but I am determined and willing to do what it takes.
