Soreness?

Should I work out even though I'm still sore?
Went to the gym on Monday and still feeling sore inbetween my legs.. Havnt been to the gym in while so I guess this is expected, I've stretched at night but still feel no better :(

If you just started there is nothing wrong with taking 2 rest days right off the bat, just don't let it go any longer or you'll be back to square one for soreness when you try again.

    Dull pain - work out
Sharp pain - you are injured, rest

Soreness is nothing, it will usually help if you go to gym if anything.

Yep, and I'd just add that if it is muscle soreness just make sure you warm up really well for each workout, but definitely keep at it.
