Try squats, lunges, pushups/modified pushups, box step ups. You can even do these for cardio if you do it with enough intensity. You can find some great online Pilates videos.0

Calisthethics: push ups, sit ups, plank, squats, Lunges. Running in place, burpees, high knees, etc. There are apps that do things like 7 min workout.0
