I've been pretty good with my eating in this last week but can feel that I am retaining water. I should be good again by next week and I should see that number move.0

Late weigh in because I completely forgot (with finals) around the corner.
 SW: 170
W1 (weight week 1): 162ish (I think that this was just a lucky day, it's gone up and stayed there since)
CW (W2): 165-166 And to be honest, I let myself eat whatever, in the sense that I was less strict with myself. I know throughout the past week (since last Thursday), I ate way too much, but rarely to the point where I felt sickly. What I am better at though is recognizing when I'm full, and that certain foods make me full easily!
**My goal from right now through the end of finals (12/22, Tues.) is to change up and weigh my breakfast- instead of having a bowl of cereal or a PB&J Sandwich, I'm going to have 1 fruit/vegetable item and one protein/fat item (nuts/cheese/meat/etc.). Reason why is because I'm a volume eater, so one serving of cereal is abysmally small, haha.
My Other goal is to not BUY frozen hot chocolates, muffins, boxes of cookies, etc. I've realized that they aren't even as good the second time around and that I am doing it out of habit, so gotta break that habit!
 GW (for this challenge): 155ish

            Week 2 weigh-in!
Starting weight: 160. (I'm not sure if we were supposed to post the weight at the beginning of the challenge, or at the start of the weight journey. To be safe, the latter weight was 392.)
 Goal weight: 155
 Current weight: 158.7
 Weight lost: 1.3
*Technically* I gained since last week. But, I'm considering it all a positive thing, given I've finally started working out again and eating enough after a couple weeks of being sick. Yay for restarting routines!0

Are you stuck? Can't seem to get things going in a positive direction? You keep doing the same things over and over again expecting different results but it never happens? Well friends, I have learned through raw life experience that that is the perfect definition of insanity. Do you desire to leave this old place for something new? Then keep reading...
Did you know that it takes 30 days to develop a discipline, 60 days to create a habit and 90 days to instill a lifestyle? Now let's be honest and ask ourselves, "Where do we want to be in 30, 60, or 90 days?" Let's put ourselves where we see ourselves and take the necessary responsibilities toward making those goals happen!
Treat yourself to 90 days toward change!
 RULES
 1) Beginning December 1, 2015 and ending February 28, 2016...we will be going on a 90 day journey toward complete change!
 2) Check in on our discussion board for an ENCOURAGING WORD!
 3) Be Accountable and give us your stats every TUESDAY morning! Current weight, Goal Weight, Total Loss from starting this challenge!
Everyone has the potential for greatness! Your best days are ahead of you! Enjoy each one with abundance!
