Yo and I met in 2012. She told me she wished to start to get into shape, and looked like she does in the first photo.

We began training together and I showed her how to eat (which is key!), how to lift and how when cardio was required.

Over the next 2.5 years we've built her a physique to be proud of and indeed now work with George Farah (Dwaine Johnson/DLB's coach) to hopefully take Yo pro, as an IFBB Pro.

Anyway, thats a little bit about us :o))

    George Farah used to compete and I also believe he's Kai Greene's coach? Kai looked amazing and too bad he wasn't able to compete at the Olympia. Good job you two!

    Thats the one ninerbuff.

    He actually competed at the Olympia 3 times, highest placing being 5th (in the world).

    He also coaches Branch Warren, Frank McGrath, Peter Putnam, Jon Delorosa, Big Ramy and many others too :smile:
