    Successes/struggles this week: I travel for work and being on the road its harder to make good eating decisions (especially when the other people are eating plates of fried food!).. but I have really tried my best the last couple of weeks and its paying off. I think my struggle will be to keep at it through the holidays and beyond. I just try to take it one day at time.. or it becomes overwhelming thinking of all the possible slip ups. lol.

    This week was tough for me. Stress and laziness won. My emotional eating kicked in as well. All around wasn't the best week for me. Hopefully this week I can do better. Time to kick some butt!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Last week was our family funeral week for my Father in Law so some group meals and the challenges of emotional eating. I was able to resist the urge to just eat to feel better, join in the group meals but stay in control and get a lot of walking in. I didn't have access to a scale so was thrilled to see I was able to stay in loss mode! Challenge this week will be work stress after being behind and now gone almost a week.

    Struggles: Christmas nights out and too much wine! Struggling to adjust to maintenance- its much more motivating when the numbers on the scale are consistently falling!

    Successes this week: Consistency! Stayed within calories, portion control and exercise were a big part this week. I had a holiday party and started making cookies. I didn't feel deprived. If I really wanted it, I had it. When I was filled and satisfied, I stopped. :)

    Struggles this week: None.

    Reached my goal for the month! New goal: Maintain weight loss for the rest of the month. o:)

    Successes/struggles this week: My weekend was really good. I didn't do bad till Sunday night. I had Pho and the sodium killed me. Monday was Holiday Luncheon at work, didn't do horrible so I can't complain but I didn't drink all my water. My struggle this week will be three more luncheons and a weekend out with friends. My goal this week is to stay steady and not gain any weight. We shall see.

    Successes/struggles this week: Goodbye, TOM and overindulgence bloat! Reverted to my healthy habits learned through this year- cut back on the extra cups of coffee with fixins, extra sweets, and focused on eating foods that nourish and sustain me- cravings are gone! I spent the weekend baking gifts for Christmas and didn't feel tempted to indulge! It helped to know I had to report to you all, so a big thanks!!
