Hello,

I'm looking to lose about 13-15 more pounds and bulk up that same weight in muscle mass. Friends, ideas, suggestions and motivations are welcome!!

    That's pretty tough to do at the same time, you should either focus on cutting, or focus on bulking one at a time.
    Since you're trying to cut fat (13-15lbs) I'd say focus on a calorie deficit and continue weight lifting/exercise till you get down. Once you're there focus on packing back the weight with muscle (more calories and weights).

    Hmmm...OP, I THINK you already know what @dollarbill181 said to be true. But yeah, I've lost mine. I'm in the bulking phase now.

    I've been cutting back to around 1500-1600 calories a day. Plus, been doing 45 min of cardio 3-4 times a week. Next week, I'm gonna start cycling HIIT with a weights circuit thrown in there.
