Looking for help on Keto. My weight is moving very slow . What to do look at my food post

Keto or not, weight loss occurs when you are in a calorie deficit.0

Are you eating enough salt and are you doing any exercise? Lastly, know that you know you binged, get back on plan and do what it takes not to binge again.0

Look at your food what? If you meant your food diary, it's not viewable. You can change this on http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings by changing Diary Sharing to Public.0 -

It is not a keto problem. If you binge you aren't going to lose as fast.
What I did if I was feeling particularly hungry for a few days was eat at maintenance for a few days. I wouldn't lose, but I wouldn't gain either.
Figure out your binge triggers and then try to avoid them. Don't eat at too large of a deficit if it means you are going to binge.0 -
