Just wanted to share a little encouragement and thought I would show my progress so far. I joined MFP in January and have lost 60 pounds so far. I still want to lose about 40 more. Even at this point the internal healthy transformation has been amazing. Here are my before, current pictures.

    What have you been doing to have such success? I really need help? I'm at a breaking point this morning. I feel like crying!
