I would steal 90% of the wealth from the top 10 richest people in the US, then distribute 99% of it to the lower class and keep the last 1% for myself. Stealing is morally reprehensible, and I won't try to excuse it, but that's what I'd do. I've been super poor before and it sucks. It's soul-crushingly terrible to be in the situation where you don't even have enough money for food.
