You can go for a walk immediately after if you want.

When your body tells you that you're ready. It also depends on what your workout constitutes. I can lift on a full stomach but don't dare do cardio or I'm likely to vacate the contents of my stomach. There is no hard and fast rule. Let your body be the guide.

How do you feel? Everyone will have a different answer for this . use common sense and work out when you feel ready.

There's a chocolate pudding exclusion zone?

Is that like no swimming for an hour after you eat? Also what's a Christmas sized pudding? I'm pretty sure there is no rule, it's a matter of personal comfort and preference...

    Thankyou
I wasn't sure to exercise whilst food still settling.
Christmas sized pudding is a pudding alot bigger & greedier than a normal sized pudding ha!

When I'm cycling, I'll eat half a granola bar while I'm riding. I do try to time it so that I'm in an easy stretch and not about to climb a big hill or something, but you can even eat while exercising ... depending on the exercise.
