Thanks for letting me join! I really need this! I have been on a downward spiral since I miscarried in July, then got even worse as my husband got a vas and I was and am not ready for that chapter of my life to be over, and then to find out his brother and wife are expecting in April like I was and her telling me that she didn't and doesn't want to be pregnant. Not something a woman with multiple miscarriages who would love another baby wants to hear when she can no longer have another. Ok enough depressing talk.
I plan on joining a gym and ask for a personal trainer just to help me get back onto a good exercise routine. Anyone else joining a gym?

I find it far easier if I sit down and plan out my evening meals for the week. I even have a dry-wipe thing on my fridge so that I know what I'm doing otherwise I'd find it too easy to go down the take-away/junk route.
