This is a laxative tea. Another gimmicky fad.
Instead of looking for quick fixes and easy ways out, just eat at a deficit to lose weight.0 -

These teas are politically correct laxative abuse. If you think that because it is making you poop, it's working as a cleanse, you're sadly mistaken. You're just irritating your bowel and causing your innards distress.0

Personally, I would never take laxatives unless there was a medical reason. My friend even congratulated me yesterday for not abusing laxatives while on my weight loss journey (???)... I was a bit amused but I guess it was reason enough to celebrate
