    Successes/struggles this week: It amazes me how hard you can work to get a few lbs off, and how quickly it packs back on again! My struggle is night-time nibbling, and using my car for a dining room. This will be my January challenge. (start date for me is Monday the 3rd)

    Successes/struggles this week: I need to learn more about food and what is right for me. I have to reverse high blood pressure, so I need a low fat, low sodium diet. My struggle is also the strong feeling I have to eat processed foods. I was doing good for two days and then I couldn't help it and took 1 big bite of some cake, I felt so disappointed I threw the rest in the trash.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just starting today (Jan. 1st) and I'm happy that I stuck to my diet and stayed just under my calories on the first day. It always seems hardest the first week so I need to be focused and plan my meals ahead. My stomach is probably stretched out right now, so if I get hungry I'm going to eat low calorie vege's to fill it up.
