My struggle is also the strong feeling I have to eat processed foods. I was doing good for two days and then I couldn't help it and took 1 big bite of some cake, I felt so disappointed I threw the rest in the trash.0 -

It always seems hardest the first week so I need to be focused and plan my meals ahead. My stomach is probably stretched out right now, so if I get hungry I'm going to eat low calorie vege's to fill it up.0
