I am struggling with getting my water in....I drink coffee with my protein in it, but I know I need just plain ole H2O. Any constructive suggestions!!!
I'll never give up my coffee, but sometimes I will just drink it black or mainly with sugar free creamer. I've also started drinking a lot of hot tea. I think the best thing to do is just do it. Before you're thirsty. Keep a glass or water bottle near at all times and sip on it whenever you look at it.0 -
