2 years, 163.3 lb lost!

2 years ago today, I hesitantly set out to lose 100 pounds, not knowing if I could do it. I found MFP and looked for motivation. A year later, I was down 115 pounds. 2 years later, I'm down 163.3 pounds. I am less than half of where I started. Consistent calorie counting, A LOT of patience, optimism, focus, and cardio are how I achieved this. I am 5 pounds away from my goal weight and I can hardly believe it myself. I've failed at weight loss my whole life and done every fad diet on the planet. Today, my BMI is in the healthy range for the first time in my adult life. (49 to 24.3) Anyone can do this.
