    I'll never give up my coffee, but sometimes I will just drink it black or mainly with sugar free creamer. I've also started drinking a lot of hot tea. I think the best thing to do is just do it. Before you're thirsty. Keep a glass or water bottle near at all times and sip on it whenever you look at it.

    Successes/struggles this week: The December challenge really held me accountable for logging in my weight every week. I am in a destination wedding in 6 weeks in Jamaica and i would love to be 135lbs by then!! Hopefully the January challenge will be just as motivational!

    Successes/struggles this week: I completely fell off the last 2-3 weeks of the year, in terms of logging what I ate. On top of that I started drinking soda again, barely drinking 32 oz of water a day...yikes! I did still manage to get to the gym probably 3 times a week, compared to my usual 6 times a week. I was dreading getting on the scale to see the damage. I was fully expecting to have gained some weight back, but I was surprised to see that I had gone down 2.5 lbs since my last weigh in! On the one hand I am completely ecstatic that I lost weight while not eating the best, but on the other hand it just reminds me that if I had been paying attention to what I was eating and doing better on the workout I could be down a lot more. I'm looking forward to getting closer to onederland!
