    oh i didn't even know this started on the 4th lol. i just started a bit before the new year and will do the 90 days with you guys. bout to do some cardio right now. :smile:

    Day 1. Up at 5.15 am. Done lower body workout. Made food for today last night. Ready to go ☺

    Get your first 90 days started of 2016 off to a BANG !

    Workout 4-6 days a week with 30-60 minutes each workout.
    Change it up ! Piyo, Zumba, HIIT, Yoga etc. Keep things interesting.
    Drink 1/2 your weight or more in water.
    Finally, and most importantly... PRACTICE SELF LOVE !

    Will you step up, or back down ?

    Start date will be January 4th 2016.

    I'm in. I have used myfitnesspal for several years. I lost 100 pounds doing so in 2013. I have done badly the last six months and need to get back on track!

    Day 1 of challenge. 30 min of softball tryouts. Haven't played in nearly 25 years! Boy do I want a massage, my *kitten* and knee are angry with me. ;) also tracking food and water intake. Let's do this!!!

    I'm probably not going to check the scale at all. I want to focus on making exercise a part of my daily routine, and that will be a huge success for me.

    I'm in. I've been going consistently since the 29th of December (and inconsistently for about 2 weeks before that). For me, it's about getting my workouts done first thing when I get up - typically 30 minutes cardio/30 minutes weights. That means getting up at 5:30 am during the week, and whenever the kids wake us up on the weekends. I'm looking forward to this motivation, and am happy to add more friends. So if you need someone else in your corner, please add me. :)

    I find that working out at night helps me sleep better.

    I'm totally in!
    My first workout was today; 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill this morning because I just wasn't motivated (or dressed) for 23 degrees! 30 minutes of strength training at lunch.

    If anyone wants to add me to their MFP friends, please do!!! I don't have too many and like to be held accountable in more ways!

    Ok..1st day on this challenge...170lbs start weight....120 minutes on elliptical (60 mins 5am and 60 mins at noon)
