    I'm in, I could use another challenge :)

    Goals for the next 3 weeks
    1. Log every day
    2. 65,000 step average each week for next 3 weeks
    3. drink more water!

    I'm in. Need to focus on healthy eating, specifically low carb to get to competition weight. I'm in a good zone with training so the exercise is easy for me right now. Logging and sticking to my food goals is what I need to work on. Let's do this!

    I'm in! 3 weeks is perfect, had my youngest sons bday last night and then my middle sons bday in 23 days. Things have been going well so far the last three days, other than my youngest sons bday last, but I have been in control, and have had no soda, so I think this will go well for me!

    I' m in. I have just started a week fbit challenge on fitbit with my sisters(6 ) we have alot of fun . I started 2 days ago to track again plus gym 30 min then swimming 30 min. I feel better too!

    I'm in!! I need something like this!

    1) Drink more water
    2) Do my 30 day shred DVD and make it all the way through. (this will only get me 3/4 of the way there, but I know if I'm almost finished with it and seeing results, I will finish it.
    3) Will not cave to cravings. Nighttime snacking is my worst enemy.

    From what I see, there is always more response and interaction on the forum. Love having you as one of my friends so I am easily notified of new challenges though! And I enjoy your Facebook page too. But the majority of the action always happens on the forum.
