Pasta? Rice?

How much is too much pasta? Or rice? Opinions please! Also... Best time of day to weigh yourself? Thanks!

    Too much would be an amount that prevents me from hitting my calorie, protein, and fat goals.

    Weigh yourself right after your longest sleep period (morning for most people. )

    Almost any pasta is too much for me. I have a low TDEE and it doesn't fill me up. It's a personal decision. You could have room for anywhere from half a serving to many.

    You may want to consider purchasing a food scale to weigh out your servings of pasta (dry) to fit your desired amount into your calorie goal.

    I am not a huge fan of either as I like eating lots and I see them as a waste of carbs - to be satisfied I'd need more than I'd want to "spend". If you want to use less to help you stay in your calorie/macros but bulk up the volume you could have spaghetti mixed with Zoodles or rice mixed with cauliflower rice....
