Pasta? Rice?

How much is too much pasta? Or rice? Opinions please! Also... Best time of day to weigh yourself? Thanks!

Almost any pasta is too much for me. I have a low TDEE and it doesn't fill me up. It's a personal decision. You could have room for anywhere from half a serving to many.

You may want to consider purchasing a food scale to weigh out your servings of pasta (dry) to fit your desired amount into your calorie goal.0 -

I am not a huge fan of either as I like eating lots and I see them as a waste of carbs - to be satisfied I'd need more than I'd want to "spend". If you want to use less to help you stay in your calorie/macros but bulk up the volume you could have spaghetti mixed with Zoodles or rice mixed with cauliflower rice....0
