    Successes/struggles this week: starting all over in the new year after losing track in autumn. gained a few kilos back. I find it impossible at the moment to control what I eat and won't stop snacking until I go to bed. struggle this week will be my husband's birthday. there will be drinks and cake. I love drinks and cake :blush: but I really have to learn to count calories again!

    Exercise really will make you feel better but take it at your own pace and don't let his actions define you!

    Successes/struggles this week: Disappointing to see so little movement on scales this week, since I thought last week's measurement was artificially inflated. I was so very disciplined over Christmas and NY, and have continued to be so, and spending an hour on my stationary bike most days!! So maybe - muscle gain? Anyway, something's gotta give, so I persevere.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week (just starting out) I will commit to logging everything I eat. I will only drink alcohol at most two days per week. (Only had one glass of bubbly on New Year's Eve, so that was impressive!)
    Went to my first Pump class and was SO SORE after. Going again for the second one tomorrow.
    I logged everything I ate and had a calorie deficit each day.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been to the gym 4 times doing great workout followed by cardio and have done 2:15 h of spinning in 4 sessions (mostly before breakfast). I've change my eating habits, haven't had any sweets or junk food, noted down all food and I've noticed I have so much energy that I don't know what to do with it! Today's check-in was the first one when my scale didn't move but my waist circumference went down by 2cm since previous measurement I did two days ago.
