Successes/struggles my struggles have been finding the right combination of things to eat so that my hunger doesn't take control. I did better and got a better combination going. The thing that I was successful at was sticking to it and exercising. My number wasn't what I was hoping for but I know the number isn't the only thing to be measured. I did some great muscle building exercises at the gym this week and you have to add some good weight to burn off the bad weight so overall I feel pretty good.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I've had intermittent hip pain. I don't think it is related to my workouts, but I am a little afraid it may pause my exercise at some point this month. I'm staying under my calories, but I still nibble on my daughter's snacks often. I am watching a little one two days a week, which leaves very little time to exercise on those two days.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: hard to cook for everyone else in the house and not eat what they want. The teens especially have no interest in eating the way I am trying to. Coffee!!! I cannot drink it black and the fat free creamer is not cutting it. Today is day one of my exercise attempts! Will start with an easy walking dvd for 2 miles. Wish me luck!

Success/struggles this week: i dont know what is up with this week, my lowest weight this week was 341, but twice this week my weight shot back up to 345 and rakes me a few days to get back down. I drink lots of water and calorie zig zag. I usuallt eat between 1400-1900 cals. Obviously I can't gain 3 lbs in one day, so it has to be water weight. I guess I'll have to keep a closer eye on my sodium intake.

Struggles this week: I'm not very happy with my progress this week, for how well I ate, I should have lost more weight.
