Successes/struggles my struggles have been finding the right combination of things to eat so that my hunger doesn't take control. I did better and got a better combination going. The thing that I was successful at was sticking to it and exercising. My number wasn't what I was hoping for but I know the number isn't the only thing to be measured. I did some great muscle building exercises at the gym this week and you have to add some good weight to burn off the bad weight so overall I feel pretty good.0 -

Success/struggles this week: i dont know what is up with this week, my lowest weight this week was 341, but twice this week my weight shot back up to 345 and rakes me a few days to get back down. I drink lots of water and calorie zig zag. I usuallt eat between 1400-1900 cals. Obviously I can't gain 3 lbs in one day, so it has to be water weight. I guess I'll have to keep a closer eye on my sodium intake.

I haven't incorporated exercise yet, and I probably won't for a while. I'm not sure I have the motivation for it right now. I'll continue to watch my food and cook more at home. That makes a HUGE difference for me.
Now, I just have to make sure I don't splurge today (or for the next 3 weeks). After a successful weigh in, I tend to sabotage myself. I really need to stop that.0 -
