Successes/struggles this week: this week started off good and by end of week..more time and energy spent at work and not enough time to stick to my schedule and meals. Still did good but thinking that this next following week won't be as great. Just need to push a little more time and a little more bodyweight cardio to jumpstart.
Hopefully with this wonderful community and support I can do more the next and the following weeks there after.

I've been cutting up lots of carrots, cucumber, celery and sweet pepper, sticking it in the fridge, so that I have a suitable snack ready. Another good, albeit not exciting one is cottage cheese with apples and walnuts in. I suppose kind of like a Waldorf salad!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I completely fell off the last 2-3 weeks of the year, in terms of logging what I ate. On top of that I started drinking soda again, barely drinking 32 oz of water a day...yikes! I did still manage to get to the gym probably 3 times a week, compared to my usual 6 times a week. I was dreading getting on the scale to see the damage. I was fully expecting to have gained some weight back, but I was surprised to see that I had gone down 2.5 lbs since my last weigh in! On the one hand I am completely ecstatic that I lost weight while not eating the best, but on the other hand it just reminds me that if I had been paying attention to what I was eating and doing better on the workout I could be down a lot more. I'm looking forward to getting closer to onederland!Name:SisC
