6,500 calories a week challenge
Weekly Goal: I'm shooting for 6,500 ***was off by 123 calories last week and didnt make it.. so here we go again :0)

Ok, so I'm really gonna be in this week and actually work towards hitting my goals. I fell off the last two weeks (but still managed to lose :bigsmile:), but I wanna really kick it into gear this week. I'm heading out of town for a long weekend/mini-vacay getaway starting tomorrow, so I want to be realistic and shoot for at least 3000 burned....no excuses!
