For breakfast, I usually have a Special K flatbread or a bowl of Special K cereal.
For lunch, I usually have leftovers from the night before.
For dinner, lots of lean meat and veggies.

    1,500 calories per day!

It is a slow process, but it is absolutely doable if you are determined! Good luck!

As of today, I have lost 52 pounds. I was wearing an XL/16 at first. Now, I am wearing S/M in tops and 6/8 in pants/dresses.

It does feel wonderful! No more aches and pains, much less trouble with my asthma, more energy, and my self confidence is through the roof! It has definitely been a lifestyle change! My husband and I are calorie detectives at restaurants and grocery stores! :-)

Alright! Here's an update, everyone! I have been logging on MFP for 7 months and I have lost 54 lbs so far.

    SW: 213
    Height: 5'3"
    Age: 33
    CW: 158
    GW: 120-130

Starting Clothing Sizes: 16/18 and XL
Current Clothing Sizes: 6/8 and S/M

I'm still counting calories in hopes of getting to my end goal, although things are slowing down now.

You look great. And that's hope for those of us who can't run a marathon or work out every time we intend to. Just pay attention to calories and nutrients.
    Thanks for posting!
