Hey, if you can fit it into your daily calories, then by all means, eat pizza0

I eat a 8" deli pizza from my local grocery store at least twice a week. Ends up being about 600ish calories. I just eat light the rest of the day when I do, and do an extra workout. It balances itself out.0

I fail to see a problem.0

2 slices of pepperoni pizza has the caloric equivalent of a 10 mile run. Once I discovered that fact, my addiction to pizza was EASY to kick. I now treat myself to pizza once every few months, and I appreciate it so much more than when I ate it every week and was 40lbs overweight.0 -
i make my own pizza using the flat out multigrain flat bread. it only has 100 calories and then i can add my own sauce, cheese, and toppings. it's a healthier alternative for a bonafide pizza addict who is trying to lose weight!0

I save up my pizza-eating and then binge on it. About every 6 weeks I go to my favorite place for "Trenton Tomato Pie" and eat all I can. It's about 2.5-3k calories - but if you don't do it every day you can enjoy pizza! P.S. I generally don't eat anything else that day.0
