Salsa, I put it on top of most things. Herdes salsa specifically, the HOT, I have 5 jars in the cupboard since only 1 grocery store stocks it.

Sriracha and black pepper are pretty serious business too.

Rosemary, sage, parsley, fresh ground pepper and kosher salt. I grow the herbs in the summer, dehydrate and then use in the winter. You want to talk savory soups and stews. I struggle to make enough for two meals because my crew will eat over a gallon in a sitting. (we have five kids, two are teenager and three are tweens.)

Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce. It's great to add to cooked vegetables and very few calories.

The condiment is Ketchup with a close second being Sriracha. As for the Spice, hell I am the spice of life! ;-)

If I absolutely had to choose, pepper for spicy things and cinnamon for the sweet.
