    -scoop of protein
-cup of frozen berries or banana
    -unsweetened cocoa powder
    - cup cashew milk
    -1/4-1/2 cup of water
    -stevia
    -carbmaster flavored yogurt
    -ice cubes
    -xanthan gum (optional)
    -torani SF syrups
    -cinnamon

Blend and you have extremely high volume shake/ protein fluff. Top with any favorite cereal to add some crunch

    My current favourite:
a scoop of chocolate protein powder (i'm using optimum nutrition extreme milk chocolate), some fat free greek yoghurt (generally 1/3 of a 500g tub), a cup of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.), and water to thin it down so it's drinkable!

comes out around a little under 300cal, and I reckon it's really nice - it's kind of like black forest gateau in shake form... (albeit, with blueberries and raspberries instead of cherries...)

I use Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla and my favourite at the moment is to add banana and frozen summer fruits. Still experimenting with flavours.

Usually just have one shake at night so Optimum Nutrition Double Chocolate Casein Protein powder with banana, avocado (not too much or it will be too thick), tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cup mixed berries,

during the day just a scoop of Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino as needed
